The accommodation you have chosen requires, primarily, the physical delivery of the keys. Our check-ins are daily from 2 PM onwards. Arrivals before this time are subject to apartment availability. Our team is available for in-person check-in between 9 AM and 6 PM. Arrivals after 6 PM or before 9 AM are subject to a fee of R$ 200.00 for key delivery. We do not perform check-ins between 10 PM and 6 AM. In case of flight delays or absence of one of the duly authorized individuals responsible for the reservation at the agreed time, it will be necessary to wait for the next shift to access the apartment.
