INTERNAL REGULATIONS CLAUSE AND PENALTY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

1. Adherence to Regulations: By making a reservation, the GUEST and their companions declare they are aware of and in full agreement with the house rules, as described in item 2 below.

2. Guest Obligations: The GUEST agrees to care for the accommodation and fully follow the established rules, including, but not limited to:

* Quiet hours and noise regulations: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

* No pets allowed.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and the building's common areas.

* Maximum occupancy limits as per each reservation.

* Proper use of facilities and furniture.

3. Application of Fine: In the event of non-compliance with any of the accommodation rules or codes of conduct, duly proven by the management (through photos, videos, witness statements, or formal complaints from neighbors/building administration), the GUEST will be notified and shall be subject to the payment of a non-compensatory fine.

4. Fine Amount: The fine for non-compliance will be 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation value, to be charged immediately.

5. Collection and Deduction: The fine amount may be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the security deposit provided by the GUEST. If these are unavailable, it must be paid upon notification.

6. Property Damage: Payment of the fine does not exempt the GUEST from the responsibility of covering the repair costs for any property damage caused to the premises or its contents, nor for any HOA/building fines imposed on the owner due to the GUEST'S misconduct.
