To ensure the safety of all our guests and compliance with condominium regulations, we request a photo of the identification document of all guests prior to check-in. This procedure is mandatory and essential for granting access to the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation for a peaceful and safe stay.
Internal Regulations for Harmonious Coexistence:
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone and maintain the quality of our accommodations, we have established internal regulations. By making a reservation, the guest and their companions declare to be aware of and in full agreement with the following rules:
1. Quiet Hours: Respect the quiet period from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
2. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
3. Smoking Prohibition: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the apartment and the building.
4. Maximum Occupancy: The number of occupants must respect the maximum limit established for each reservation (4 guests).
5. Proper Use: Use the facilities and furniture appropriately, ensuring the conservation of the property.
Internal Regulation Clause and Penalty for Non-Compliance:
Our goal is to provide a worry-free stay. However, to ensure compliance with the rules and good coexistence, we inform you about our internal regulation policy and penalty for non-compliance:
• Adherence to Regulations: The GUEST and their companions, by making a reservation, declare to be aware of and in full agreement with the coexistence rules.
• Guest Obligations: The GUEST commits to taking care of the accommodation and fully following the established rules.
• Application of Fine: In the event of non-compliance with any of the accommodation rules or coexistence standards, duly proven by the administration (through photos, videos, testimonies, or formal complaints from neighbors/condominium), the GUEST will be notified and will be subject to the payment of a non-compensatory fine.
• Fine Amount: The fine for non-compliance will be 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation value, to be charged immediately.
• Collection and Deduction: The fine amount may be debited from the credit card or the security deposit provided by the GUEST, or, in the absence of these, it must be paid upon notification.
• Material Damages: The payment of the fine does not exempt the GUEST from the responsibility of bearing the repair costs for any material damages caused to the property or its contents, as well as for any condominium fines imposed on the owner due to the GUEST's misconduct.
