House Rules for a Harmonious Stay:

To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone and to maintain the quality of our accommodations, we have established a set of house rules. By making a reservation, the guest and their companions declare that they are aware of and fully agree to the following rules:

1. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

2. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all internal areas of the apartment and building.

4. Maximum Occupancy: The number of occupants must respect the maximum limit established for each reservation.

5. Proper Use: Please use the facilities and furniture appropriately, helping to preserve the property.

Internal Regulations Clause and Penalty for Non-Compliance:

Our goal is to provide a worry-free stay. However, to ensure compliance with the rules and harmonious coexistence, we would like to inform you about our policy on internal regulations and penalties for non-compliance:

• Agreement to the Rules: By making a reservation, the GUEST and their companions declare they are aware of and fully agree with the house rules.

• Guest Obligations: The GUEST commits to taking care of the accommodation and fully adhering to the established rules.

• Penalty Application: In the event of non-compliance with any of the accommodation rules or coexistence guidelines, duly proven by management (through photos, videos, statements, or formal complaints from neighbors/condominium), the GUEST will be notified and subject to an immediate non-compensatory penalty fee.

• Penalty Amount: The penalty for non-compliance will be 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation amount, to be charged immediately.

• Collection and Deduction: The penalty may be deducted from the provided credit card or security deposit, or if unavailable, must be paid at the time of notification.

• Property Damage: Payment of the penalty does not exempt the GUEST from responsibility for covering the cost of repairs for any material damage caused to the property or its contents, or for any fines imposed on the owner due to the GUEST’s misconduct.
