INTERNAL REGULATIONS CLAUSE AND PENALTY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

Adherence to Regulations: Upon booking, the GUEST and their companions declare they are aware of and in full agreement with the rules of conduct, as described in item 2 below.

Guest Obligations: The GUEST commits to taking care of the accommodation and fully following the established rules, including, but not limited to:

Quiet hours and noise rules: 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM.

No pets allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas of the apartment and the building.

Maximum occupancy limits as per each booking.

Proper use of facilities and furniture.

Application of Penalty: In the event of non-compliance with any of the accommodation rules or standards of conduct, duly proven by the administration (via photos, videos, statements, or formal complaints from neighbors/building management), the GUEST will be notified and will be subject to the payment of a penalty fee.

Penalty Amount: The penalty fee for non-compliance shall be R$500, to be charged immediately.

Collection and Deduction: The penalty amount may be debited from the credit card or security deposit provided by the GUEST, or, in the absence of these, must be paid upon notification.

Material Damages: Payment of the penalty fee does not exempt the GUEST from the responsibility of covering the repair costs for any material damages caused to the property or its contents, as well as for any condominium fines imposed on the owner due to the GUEST'S misconduct.
