We designed the interior to maximize every centimeter with intelligence. Please note that to optimize space, we use designer garment racks instead of closed wardrobes, and the property features two modern bathrooms for added convenience for your group.

House Rules for Harmonious Coexistence:

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and maintain the quality of our accommodations, we have established house rules. By making a reservation, the guest and their companions acknowledge being aware of and in full agreement with the following rules:

1. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

2. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the apartment and building.

4. Maximum Occupancy: The number of occupants must respect the maximum limit established for each reservation (8 guests).

5. Proper Use: Use the facilities and furniture appropriately, taking care to preserve the property.

House Rules Clause and Penalty for Non-compliance:

Our goal is to provide a worry-free stay. However, to ensure adherence to the rules and good coexistence, we would like to inform you about our house rules policy and penalty for non-compliance:

• Adherence to the Rules: Upon making a reservation, the GUEST and their companions acknowledge being fully aware of and in agreement with the house rules.

• Guest Obligations: The GUEST commits to taking care of the accommodation and fully following the established rules.

• Penalty Application: In the event of any breach of the accommodation rules or house regulations, duly proven by management (through photos, videos, statements, or formal complaints from neighbors/condominium), the GUEST will be notified and subject to a non-compensatory penalty fee.

• Penalty Amount: The penalty fee for non-compliance will be 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation amount, to be charged immediately.

• Collection and Deduction: The penalty amount may be deducted from the credit card or security deposit provided by the GUEST, or, if these are not available, must be paid upon notification.

• Property Damage: Payment of the penalty does not exempt the GUEST from the responsibility to cover any costs for repair of damages to the property or its contents, as well as for any condominium fines charged to the owner resulting from the GUEST’s misconduct.
