You will have full and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, including the integrated living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom, and laundry. The building has a concierge and elevators.

It is necessary to coordinate the check-in time with our guest services team. The accommodation you have chosen primarily requires the physical delivery of the keys. Our check-ins are conducted daily from 2 PM onward. Arrivals before this time are subject to excellent availability. Our team is available for in-person check-in between 9 AM and 6 PM. Arrivals after 6 PM or before 9 AM are subject to a R$ 200.00 fee for key delivery. We do not perform check-ins between 10 PM and 6 AM. In case of flight delays or the absence of one of the duly authorized individuals responsible for the reservation at the agreed time, it will be necessary to wait for the next shift to access the apartment.
