Our team is available for in-person check-in between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Arrivals after 6 p.m. or before 9 a.m. are subject to a R$200 fee for key delivery. We do not provide check-in services between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

It is necessary to coordinate the check-in time with our guest services team. The accommodation you have chosen primarily requires the physical delivery of the keys. Our check-ins are conducted daily from 2 PM onward. Arrivals before this time are subject to excellent availability. Our team is available for in-person check-in between 9 AM and 6 PM. Arrivals after 6 PM or before 9 AM are subject to a R$ 200.00 fee for key delivery. We do not perform check-ins between 10 PM and 6 AM. In case of flight delays or the absence of one of the duly authorized individuals responsible for the reservation at the agreed time, it will be necessary to wait for the next shift to access the apartment. You’ll be at Posto 3, just a 6-minute walk from Copacabana beach. If you need to get around the city, Siqueira Campos metro station is only 3 blocks away. If you want to stroll along the waterfront, in 25 minutes you’ll reach the Copacabana Fort for a coffee at sunset.
