It is necessary to coordinate the check-in time with our guest services team. The accommodation you have chosen primarily requires the physical delivery of the keys. Our check-ins are conducted daily from 2 PM onward. Arrivals before this time are subject to excellent availability. Our team is available for in-person check-in between 9 AM and 6 PM. Arrivals after 6 PM or before 9 AM are subject to a R$ 200.00 fee for key delivery. We do not perform check-ins between 10 PM and 6 AM. In case of flight delays or the absence of one of the duly authorized individuals responsible for the reservation at the agreed time, it will be necessary to wait for the next shift to access the apartment. House Rules for Harmonious Living:

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and maintain the quality of our accommodations, we have established house rules. By making a reservation, guests and their companions state that they are aware of and fully agree with the following rules:

1. Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

2. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

3. Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the apartment and building.

4. Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the established limit for each reservation (4 guests).

5. Proper Use: Please use the premises and furniture appropriately, taking care to preserve the property.

Internal Regulations Clause and Penalty for Non-Compliance:

Our aim is to provide you with a worry-free stay. However, to ensure compliance with regulations and good coexistence, we inform you of our policy regarding house rules and penalties for non-compliance:

• Adherence to Regulations: By making a reservation, the GUEST and companions declare that they are aware of and fully agree with the house rules.

• Guest Obligations: The GUEST agrees to take care of the accommodation and fully comply with the established rules.

• Penalty Application: In the event of non-compliance with any of the accommodation or house rules, duly proven by administration (by way of photos, videos, statements, or formal complaints from neighbors/condominium), the GUEST will be notified and subject to a non-compensatory penalty.

• Penalty Amount: The penalty for non-compliance will be 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation amount, to be charged immediately.

• Collection and Deduction: The penalty may be charged to the credit card or security deposit provided by the GUEST, or, in the absence of these, must be paid upon notification.

• Material Damages: Payment of the penalty does not exempt the GUEST from responsibility for covering the cost of any material damages caused to the property or its contents, nor for any condominium fines imposed on the owner as a result of the GUEST’s misconduct.
